Making a good
impression should be your utmost concern when showing your property. Try

The first thing a buyer sees.your home from the street:

buyer's first glimpse of your property greatly impacts his or her overall
impression.

clip shrubbery.

Sweep walks. In
winter keep walks free of ice and snow.

Place a flower
arrangement by the front door.

Paint or stain
the front door to look fresh and inviting.

Keep decks and
